Joyce Smith has spent over twenty years teaching movement. She is a classically trained former dancer and certified Pilates teacher who currently teaches Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, and Pilates Mat & Reformer classes. Joyce uses her years of training and performing experience to help clients achieve their goals and to give them the tools to thrive outside of the studio. Known for her gentle nature and ability to meet people where they are, Joyce is devoted to helping people develop and maintain healthy, mobile bodies.
